Language

Czech is the only official language in the Czech Republic.  The knowledge of Czech at the A2 level is required to obtain a permanent residence permit, while the B1 level of Czech is one of the requirements and to acquire Czech citizenship. It is relatively easy to learn the Czech language when you are in the Czech Republic. You can find many language schools and other organizations which provide Czech language courses.
