As of June 24, 2014 long-term residence permits for the purpose of employment are no longer issued. Natural persons and legal entities persons can do business in the Czech Republic under the same conditions as citizens in the Czech Republic. This means that you will always have to hold a trade licence for doing business in the Czech Republic.
